Article 15. Defective or damaged products
During your delivery, inspect your goods before the delivery team leaves. If you notice any damage to the items received, please contact our customer service department within two (2) business days from the date of receipt. Damaged items will be repaired free of charge as soon as possible. If the product cannot be repaired, an exchange will then be offered to you.

If you do not hear from us within 48 business hours of placing the order on our website, you may cancel your order in part or in whole without any charge by contacting us.
