Delivery
General information for online orders:
- The order must be delivered to the civic address of the credit cardholder used for the purchase transaction.
- At the time of delivery or pickup of the order, the presentation of the following documents will be required:
- an ID with a photo of the credit cardholder and the delivery address;
- the credit card used for the purchase, which will be processed for imprint.
Failing to present these documents, Meubles Domon reserves the right to cancel the order, refuse to proceed with delivery, and apply the fees outlined on the Returns page. Please note that these measures are taken for fraud protection purposes.
- We do not deliver to PO boxes.
- For safety reasons, delivery personnel are required to wear their shoes during delivery. Therefore, we advise the buyer to take appropriate measures to protect their floors.
- On the day of delivery, the buyer should remain available for the entire day. However, Meubles Domon has developed tools to facilitate estimating the delivery team's arrival time:
- The day before delivery, around 5 PM, a text message and/or email will be sent to the buyer with a link to view the approximate time slot assigned for the delivery. It is important to note that this time slot, while provided as a guideline, is not guaranteed and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
- On the day of delivery, the buyer can use the same link to track their place in the delivery queue and view the progress in real-time. This tool is for reference purposes only.

Procedure following an online purchase:
- Following an online purchase, Meubles Domon reserves the right to conduct certain verifications prior to the approval of the transaction and delivery. Delays may be expected for these standard checks, which are conducted for fraud prevention purposes.
- Our online ordering team will reach out to the buyer by email to verify if the ordered product is in stock or if there will be any delays in fulfillment.
- Our team will also notify the buyer if their transaction is considered a special order that cannot be cancelled or refunded. At that point, the buyer has the option to cancel the transaction and request a refund. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for the refund to be processed, depending on the credit card issuer. However, once the consumer agrees to the terms of the special order, it becomes final, meaning that any amount received for this contract cannot be refunded or applied to another purchase.
- If the products are in stock, the delivery date will be arranged with the buyer.
Additional Fees
- Additional fees will apply if the buyer is absent during delivery.
- Additional fees will apply if, at the time of delivery, the buyer does not have the credit card used for the purchase along with a valid photo ID that matches the delivery address.
- Additional fees will apply if the buyer modifies or cancels the delivery less than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date.
- Additional fees will apply if the purchased product cannot be delivered due to its size. It is the buyer's responsibility to check the height, width, and depth of the items to ensure they can be delivered into their home.
