Best price guarantee policy

At Meubles Domon, we strive to always offer you the best prices on the market. However, within 30 days of your purchase, if you find the same product advertised at a lower price, Meubles Domon will match that price under the same conditions (excluding special orders*).

To benefit from the best price guarantee policy, the following conditions must be met: 

• The lower-priced product must be identical to the product sold at Meubles Domon (model, color, supplier, etc.).

• The price advertised by the competitor must still be valid at the time of the request.

• The competitor must be located within the delivery region served by Meubles Domon and within a maximum radius of 100 km from our head office in Lachine.

• The product price must include the same payment or financing conditions.

• The product price must include all fees, such as delivery charges, eco-fees, or others, if applicable.

• The product must be part of the competitor's regular inventory and available for sale without being subject to quantity restrictions for the advertised price.

• The claim must be made by calling or visiting one of our three stores.

• The price difference refund must be approved by Meubles Domon's management at its head office.

• The refund will be issued using the same payment method as the original purchase.

• A period of 48 business hours is required to confirm the price and availability of the product with the competitor.

*Special Orders refer to products not included in our regular inventory, requiring a special order placed directly with our supplier for you.
