At Domon, we care about our customers’ satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied of the merchandise you purchased, and would like to return it, please contact our customer service department at one of our stores.

Return conditions and exclusions

• The merchandise must be in its original condition
• No returns on floor models or special orders (such as orders that cannot be cancelled)
• You must ask for a return in the next 3 open days following the delivery/pick up of your merchandise
• All accessories related to the product must be returned as well (cushions, remote control, cables, etc.)

Electronics and accessories

• No restocking fees if the box is unopened and the item hasn't been used
• 25% restocking fees if the box has been opened or the item has been used
• The item must be returned in its original packaging
• Delivery fees may be applied
